Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – ab toh bas final decision lena hai. I'm eyeing a 2BHK around Dodsworth Layout, maybe from Prestige or Sobha. Mera main concern hai ki Bangalore mein price negotiation kitni realistic hoti hai? Builders say no-negotiation policy, but is that true? Kitna percent off mil sakta hai on a 1.2 Cr property? My parents bolte hain builders always inflate prices. Also, all-in cost ka kya scene hai? Property price, stamp duty, registration, yeh toh basic hai. But PLC, parking, and other hidden charges like OC and utility connections, woh sab kitna add karte hain? SDMV Infra ke ek project mein I saw a lot of add-ons. Is it possible to get a clear breakdown pehle hi? What's your experience with these costs?

Totally feel you on the negotiation part! I'm also looking for a 2BHK in Akshayanagar and every builder says 'fixed price'. It's so frustrating. Like, kitna fixed? Is it really fixed for everyone? What's the trick to get a better deal?
No trick, bhai. Fixed means fixed for big builders. Maybe 1% max if you buy during launch, that too as a 'loyalty discount' sometimes.
