Okay, I'll say what no one says: Bangalore builders actually *don't* negotiate much, right? I'm based in Dubai and looking at a place on Sarjapur Road, maybe Keya Homes. Everyone talks about negotiation, but kitna realistically milta hai? 1-2%? My broker says 5% is possible, but I doubt it. And what about hidden charges at possession? PLC, OC, maintenance... it's a black hole. Is CLP smarter than upfront payment for an NRI investor like me who can't oversee things easily? Change my mind.
