Bangalore property negotiation: What's realistic?
Negotiating property prices in Bangalore feels impossible sometimes. I'm looking at a 2BHK in Hadosiddapura by Sai Sumukha Supraja Infra, and they're not budging much from ₹85L. Is it even possible to negotiate more than 1-2% here? My parents keep saying builders have huge margins, but I'm not seeing it. Also, what's smarter, construction-linked plans or just a bigger down payment? Ab samajh nahi aa raha. Any experiences with Sai Sumukha or similar builders?

Totally relate, yaar! Bangalore mein builders toh sunte hi nahi hain. Main bhi Sarjapur Road pe dekh raha tha, same story, maximum 1-2% hi kam karte hain, that too after so much haggling. Lagta hai inka rate card fix hota hai, no room for negotiation. Parents wali baat sahi hai, but practically, we don't see that margin pass on to us.
