Negotiating with builders in Bangalore feels like a lost cause sometimes. Finally fed up of renting, landlord ne phir rent badha diya, so I'm looking for a 2BHK, maybe around Basaveshwara Nagar. Sri Aditya Taapasi Estates ke project dekhe, but pricing aur hidden charges dekh ke dimaag kharab ho gaya. Matlab, property price ke upar kitna extra lagta hai? Stamp duty, registration ke alawa aur kya kya chupate hain? Aur negotiation mein kitna realistic discount expect kar sakte hain, ya sab bas 'fixed price' bolte hain?
