Bangalore property prices: a correction is coming

Are we seriously expecting Bangalore property prices to keep climbing till 2026? Honestly, I think it's gonna hit a wall soon. Whitefield and Hennur Road are already ₹1.5 Cr+ for a decent 2BHK. I'm not sure this current pace is sustainable, especially with EMI rates. Feels like a correction is due. Change my mind.

Yaar, main toh kab se yahi soch raha hoon. Whitefield mein 1.5 Cr+ for a 2BHK is just insane. My budget is ₹80-90L max, aur usmein kuch mil hi nahi raha. Lagta hai rukna hi padega, warna EMI mein hi poori salary chali jayegi. This pace is unsustainable.
