Bangalore property prices are too high, a correction is coming

My possession was in March in Banashankari, and honestly, the current market feels a bit crazy. I bought a 2BHK for ₹1.1 Cr, which felt like a stretch. Now, similar flats are already listed for ₹1.25 Cr. Matlab, yeh price jump kaafi fast hai. I just don't see these Bangalore prices being sustainable till 2026. Lagta hai ek correction aayega. Kya aapko bhi lagta hai ki current appreciation rates are just too high? What's your take on future market trends for Bangalore, especially south side?
