Did a site visit to Assetz Property Group's new project near Sarjapur Road on Saturday. Honestly, buying for myself feels totally different, even though I work in real estate. Matlab, jitna marketing spin sunte hain, utna hi darr lagta hai. My main worry is RERA compliance and builder delays. How do you guys actually check RERA registration beyond just the number? Kya red flags hain jo common log miss kar dete hain? Also, if a builder like Assetz delays possession, especially for a project like SLV Icon, what are the *real* legal options under RERA? Kya builder-buyer agreement mein koi hidden red clauses hote hain jo sirf builder ko favour karte hain? Need some honest opinions, yaar. Planning to buy 2BHK around 1.2 Cr.

Yaar, totally relate with your anxiety! I'm also a first-time buyer looking near Sarjapur Road, maybe a 2BHK around 1.1 Cr. The marketing spin is indeed scary. Assetz Property Group ka naam toh bada hai, but I recently heard they have 0 projects registered on RERA? Is that true? Agar aisa hai toh SLV Icon jaise projects ka kya scene hai? Matlab, they are a big name, but with no project history, how do we trust them with RERA compliance and delays? This is my biggest red flag right now.
