Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – ab samajh nahi aa raha ki Richmond Circle mein property lena sahi decision hai ya nahi. Keya Homes ka ek project dekha, price sunke laga theek hai. But jab all-in cost calculate kiya, yaar, stamp duty aur registration charges ne toh band baja di. ₹1.5 Cr ki property pe itna extra matlab... I had no idea yeh sab kitna add ho jaata hai. First time buyer hoon, honestly, bahut shock laga. Anyone else felt this? How did you guys manage these extra costs in Bangalore?

Totally felt this! Agrahara Layout mein bhi same situation thi. Builder quotes one thing, final bill is a shocker.
