Got possession for my VRL Constructions 3BHK in Hadosiddapura last month. My ₹1.5 Cr flat ended up almost ₹1.75 Cr. Builders don't give the full picture upfront, I swear. Stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking – sab add ho gaya. For those still looking, kitna negotiation possible hai actually? I barely got 2-3% off. Is that normal for Bangalore, especially near Bellandur Metro? Should I have pushed harder? What's your experience with builders like Prestige or Sobha? Totally relate to this! Builders always show a rosy picture initially. Mera bhi almost 15% extra lag gaya tha total cost pe. Hadosiddapura mein prices waise bhi thode upar hain, but ye hidden costs toh har jagah ka scene hai. I was looking near Akshayanagar and even there, the sales guy was very vague about the final numbers. It's so frustrating for first-time buyers like us.
