Bangalore property's true cost always hides extras
Been looking for 8 months now and it's getting exhausting. Currently in a 2BHK but thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe a small villa in Whitefield Ext. Already have a home loan, so trying to be smart with this next move. Pionier Developers ke projects dekhe hain, brochure price toh theek lagta hai for a 1.5-2.5 Cr property. But yaar, that's just the base price, right? The real all-in cost is what worries me. Stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, interiors ka kharcha... sab add karke kitna extra expect karna chahiye? Builders brochure mein kabhi yeh clearly nahi batate. Aur hidden charges kya kya hote hain jo possession ke time pe surprise dete hain? Is negotiation even possible on these extra costs, ya sirf base price pe hi hota hai?
