Bangalore rent hikes feel totally out of control now. My old place in Bellandur wants 35% more, it's insane. Is this even sustainable, or will it stabilise? And finding a direct landlord without brokers is a nightmare. Are we stuck paying hefty commissions forever here, especially around Sarjapur Road? I'm just trying to figure out if it's worth renewing.

Totally feel you, bhai! I'm in Marathahalli and my landlord is asking for a 25% hike. It's ridiculous. How can they expect us to absorb such increases, especially when salaries aren't growing at the same pace? I'm seriously considering moving to a slightly further area to save money, like maybe towards Panathur or Varthur.
Exactly! Bellandur toh is always expensive, but 35% is just too much. I'm dreading my
