Honestly, I'm finding it really tough to justify the premium for these new projects in Bangalore. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Bellandur, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or a small villa, maybe looking at Lodha Codename Sarjapur. But yaar, after possession, kitne issues aate hain? I'm worried about the snag-list process. Does bad construction quality really hit resale value hard? Aur tenants bhi complain karte hain kya? Not sure if that EMI jump is worth it if I'm just inheriting maintenance headaches. Kya builders actually fix things properly post-handover, ya bas lip-service hota hai? Anyone faced major issues after moving in? What specific things should I look for during snagging to avoid future problems?
