The 'all-inclusive' price builders quote is a total joke in Bangalore. I'm upgrading from my 2BHK to a 3BHK in KPC Layout, eyeing Urban Shelters. But the final bill always has so many added charges: PLC, parking, maintenance deposits. How much extra should I *actually* budget beyond the quoted property price for a 1.5 Cr 3BHK? Is 15-20% for stamp duty, registration, and all these fees realistic? Disagree? Tell me why.

Totally agree with you, yaar! I was looking at a 3BHK in Akshayanagar last year, builder quoted 1.2 Cr. By the time all the 'extra' charges came in – PLC for a higher floor, parking, BWSSB, BESCOM, corpus fund – it shot up by almost 20 lakhs! It's like they deliberately hide these costs to lure you in. My budget went completely haywire. Is this even legal? It feels like a scam sometimes.
