Bangalore's amenity gap: what they don't tell you
Since the kids started school, we've been hunting for a 3BHK, maybe something like Promax Dreamville Home. My wife's big on the amenities, thinks it'll be great for them. But here's the thing nobody mentions: the gap between brochure promises and actual delivery is massive. I've seen friends get possession, and their 'state-of-the-art' clubhouse is a ghost town, half the equipment broken. Forget the construction quality too; cracks and seepage after a year seem standard now, don't they? And then they slap you with sky-high maintenance charges for services that are barely there. Are we just paying a premium for marketing hype in Bangalore? Change my mind if you've had a genuinely good experience with amenity delivery and build quality. Or is it all just a scam?
