Metro expansion is completely reshaping Bangalore's property map. Just moved into my Whitefield 2BHK last month, honestly not sure if I picked the right spot for future appreciation. Ab lag raha hai maybe Electronic City or Yelahanka side zyada potential hai due to new metro lines and Peripheral Ring Road. Is the Aerospace SEZ near KIAL T2 a better long-term bet? Kya lagta hai, where's the real growth happening?
