Bangalore's premium projects often deliver empty promises.
₹1.2 crore for a 3BHK in Bangalore is a huge investment, especially with kids' school admissions coming up. We're looking at upgrading from our current 2BHK and saw Trishul Happy Homes Trikuta. On paper, amenities like the kids' play area and clubhouse looked fantastic. But I'm hearing stories now. A friend in another project mentioned seepage issues after just a year, and their 'premium' clubhouse is basically a ghost town. My wife's main priority is safety and usable facilities for the children. Are builders just showing fancy renders to sell? And what about maintenance charges? They always seem high, but do they actually deliver decent service? Is anyone actually getting what they paid for, or is it just constant disappointment after moving in? Not sure if we should trust any of these project brochures anymore.

Totally relate! ₹1.2 Cr is a huge amount. I saw Trishul Happy Homes Trikuta listed on Propmyna, and their range is ₹55 L – ₹80 L. Is the original post's ₹1.2 Cr for a different configuration, or is the price already this inflated for a 3BHK?
U1, the ₹1.2 Cr in the original post is likely for a larger 3BHK or one with premium views/specs, not
