Everyone says Bangalore real estate always goes up, but is it really true for the next few years? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Whitefield, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or even a villa. But yaar, the prices for a good 3BHK in Bellandur or Sarjapur Road by Prestige Group are like 2 Cr+ now. For plots near Kanakapura Road, it's 1.5 Cr+ just for land. My current EMI is already heavy. Honestly, infrastructure issues like traffic and water scarcity are getting worse. Is this the peak for appreciation? Should I wait for a correction before jumping into a bigger loan? I feel like the market is already too hot. What if I buy a 3BHK now and it stagnates for 5 years? Disagree? Tell me why.

Yaar, I totally feel you. My budget for a 2BHK in South Bangalore was 60-70L just a year ago, now the same properties are 85L+. It's insane! I'm also a first-time buyer and the fear of buying at the peak is real. What if there's a correction after I commit?
