Banjara Hills: Overpriced now, no investment upside
Resale of our current big house is almost through and now it's time to find a smaller, manageable flat. Kids have moved out, so don't need such a big place anymore. We're thinking of Banjara Hills side, for the convenience and hospital access, but honestly not sure if it's the right move. Prices wahaan pe already kaafi high lagte hain. Kya Banjara Hills mein ab bhi koi value hai, ya it's already peaked for good investment? Should we even consider it for a compact 2/3 BHK, ya phir look for something nearby jo thoda affordable ho? My budget is around 4-5 Cr for a good society flat. Kisi ko pata hai kya, kaun se projects ya societies hain wahaan jo low maintenance offer karte hain aur achi society ho? Don't want to get stuck with crazy monthly bills. Any specific builders in Banjara Hills with good resale value?

Sahi baat hai, Banjara Hills toh out of reach ho gaya hai. Begumpet ya Ameerpet dekh lo, thoda affordable hai.
Totally agree with the OP! Banjara Hills has become crazy expensive. Hum bhi wahi dekh rahe the, but budget mein kuch mil hi nahi raha.
