Banjara Hills prices feel unsustainable right now.
I'm seeing crazy appreciation in Banjara Hills. Has anyone tracked the actual CAGR there last 1-2 years? Should I buy now or wait for a correction?

I've been tracking a 3BHK in Road No. 12, Banjara Hills. Two years back it was around 1.8 Cr, now they're quoting 2.5 Cr easily! That's almost 18% CAGR. But is this sustainable? I heard some projects in Attapur are also seeing a jump, but not this crazy. Should we really stretch our budget this much for Banjara Hills or consider other upcoming areas for better value?
