Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 108. Rudransh Bellavista looks decent, but their bank-funded project payment plan feels tricky. Does it affect negotiation or final cost? Should I push for construction-linked?

Totally agree! Rudransh Bellavista ka naam toh suna hai. Bank-funded projects mein negotiation space kam hi milta hai, bhai. Maine bhi Alpha II mein ek project dekha tha, same issue.
Absolutely! Bank funding se builder ko peace of mind mil jaati hai, unhe pata hai cashflow ki dikkat nahi hogi. Humara leverage zero ho jaata hai. Always try to negotiate on other things like club membership or parking if price is fixed.
