Banking on upcoming society timelines with school kids is foolish
Kids' school admission is due next session and we desperately need at least a 3BHK before that. We're considering Sattva Lake Ridge, but being upcoming, possession timeline ko lekar thoda doubt hai. My wife's priority is a safe campus and ready amenities from day one. Do builders actually deliver on promised dates, ya initial years construction dust aur delays mein hi nikal jaate hain? Has anyone tracked Sattva's handover track record in Hyderabad? Sahi decision hoga yahan commit karna, or should we just hunt for ready flats?

Jan 2028 toh builder date hai na, what if it gets pushed by another year? Real estate mein Hyderabad market mein builders normally 6 to 12 months buffer leke chalte hain. Dust aur construction noise ke beech kids can never focus on studies.
