Bannerughatta: 3BHK upgrade ka real deal kya hai?

Bannerughatta mein 3BHK ya villa dekh raha hoon. Currently 2BHK mein hoon, but is the price jump really justified? Investment potential next 3-5 years kaisa hai, especially with the metro coming? Traffic ka kya haal hai daily commute ke liye? Already EMI chal rahi hai, so I'm a bit concerned about overpaying. Kya kehte ho?

Bhai, same situation! Main bhi 2BHK se upgrade ka soch raha hoon Bannerughatta mein. Price jump toh killer hai, lagta hai poori savings chali jayengi. Metro ka hype hai but traffic ka kya hoga daily commute ke liye? Yehi sab soch ke darr lag raha hai.

Exactly! Especially Akshayanagar side toh prices आसमान छू रहे hain. Lagta hai builders ne metro ka naam sunte hi rates badha diye hain. Kya hum first-time buyers ke liye kuch bacha
