Honestly, I'm a bit overwhelmed with this whole home buying process. Basant Krishna Vatika Ghaziabad mein dekh raha hoon, meri first property hai. Budget ₹35L ke around hai. Completed project hai toh amenities ka real experience kaisa hai? Brochure mein sab kuch hai, but actually useful kya hai wahan? Aur flats ke layouts, especially carpet area, kitna practical hai?
