Basant Krishna Vatika – just moved in March, aur kuch cheezein unexpected nikli. Society ka maintenance charges initially laga kam hoga, but amenities use karne ke baad bilkul alag scene hai. Gym aur pool ke liye alag se payment karna padta hai, which nobody told me during booking. Builder ne bola tha included hai, but OC ke baad pata chala. Matlab, amenities on paper are great, but daily use ka cost add ho jaata hai. Livability sahi hai otherwise, market aur schools paas mein hain. Worth checking before finalising.

Sahi keh rahe ho. Booking ke time builder se written mein lo sab kuchh. Amenity charges, maintenance breakup, sab ka detailed document. Brochure mein jo likha hai, usko bhi cross-check karo. Verbal commitments ki koi value nahi hoti, especially with these builders.
Yaar, ye toh standard practice ho gaya hai builders ka. Mere dost ke saath bhi same hua tha Ghaziabad mein, Abhay Khand ke paas ek project mein. Bahut frustrate ho jaata hai banda.
