Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on Basavanagudi. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, seeing through the marketing spin. I'm finding 3BHKs around ₹1.8 Cr, which feels steep. Is there *any* real negotiation room, or are sellers really firm here? What about the resale market in 5-7 years? Agents always paint a rosy picture, but what's the ground reality for liquidity? And honestly, the parking situation looks like a nightmare. Is it actually manageable or a daily battle for residents?
