Basaveshwara Circle property prices are a total bait and switch.

Basaveshwara Circle 3BHK prices are a joke. Hidden costs like OC, PLC, maintenance add lakhs. My 2BHK didn't have this. It feels like a total rip-off. Is the premium ever justified there?

Totally relate! Basaveshwara Circle has become insane. I was looking at a 3BHK there last year, and the price they quoted initially was nowhere near the final figure after adding all these 'mandatory' charges. Felt like a bait and switch for sure.
