Where are the genuine price correction zones in Bangalore right now, especially near Basaveshwara Circle or Chickpet fringe? I'm eyeing properties and want to know where to push for a spot discount. From my experience, builders like SLV Green Ventures often have some room. What's the real ground reality for getting 5-7% off?

Yaar, finally someone said it! I've been eyeing properties around Basaveshwara Circle too. The prices here still feel a bit more reasonable compared to say, Marathahalli or Whitefield. SLV Green Ventures ka ek project dekha tha near Chickpet, they seemed open to negotiation, but 5-7% off? That sounds ambitious but if it's possible, I'm all in. What's the secret sauce for such a discount?
