My lease ends in 3 months, finally done with renting. Taking the plunge to buy in Chandigarh, eyeing Saini Bhawan. EMI vs rent math makes total sense now. As an investor, I'm worried about basics like power backup and water supply for tenant attraction and resale. Saini Bhawan mein full flat backup hai ya sirf common areas? Tenants expect full backup. Also, water supply reliability – Chandigarh mein tanker dependency toh nahi hai na? Some projects struggle with pressure. Do these practical aspects truly impact rental yield and long-term value, or is it just about amenities? What's your experience, investors?
