Okay, I've been doing a lot of site visits for a 3BHK upgrade, and honestly, the hidden issues are wild. I'm currently in a 2BHK near Sector 10, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or small villa, maybe in the Avj Heightss area. My home loan is already there, so the EMI jump needs solid justification. I'm noticing how often power backup is only for common areas, not full flat. Builders just gloss over it. Also, water supply info is vague – is it reliable 24/7 or are tankers common? Is it just me, or are basic utilities like full-flat power backup, reliable water, and elevator service quality often overlooked in brochures? For places like Avj Heightss, what's the real ground reality after moving in? Are maintenance teams responsive for these critical things? Is paying a premium for a 3BHK really worth it if these aren't solid? Hope this helps someone.

Yaar, totally relate to this post! Main bhi abhi ek 3BHK dekh raha hoon Greater Noida West mein, aur builder log utilities pe to ekdum chup rehte hain. Full-flat power backup ka promise karte hain but andar kuch aur hi nikalta hai. Mera budget tight hai aur loan ka EMI already high hai, toh yeh basic cheezein bhi agar compromise ho toh bahut mushkil ho jaati hai. Especially generator noise ka issue, woh bhi ek hidden cost hai jo koi discuss nahi karta. Avj Heightss ke baare mein sunke thoda darr lag raha hai, kya wahan bhi yahi haal hai
