Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – now stuck on Bayaweaver X Noida for my first home. My budget's around 70-80L for a 2BHK. Honestly, ab samajh nahi aa raha ki is it genuinely good for daily living, ya sirf paper pe hi accha hai? Amenities like the pool and gym – are they well-maintained and actually useful, ya bas showpiece hain? Neighborhood mein schools, hospitals, daily market access kitna door hai Bayaweaver X se? Should I consider it seriously for long-term living? Koi experience share kar sakta hai is project ke baare mein? Any alternatives?

Yaar, main bhi is project ko consider kar raha tha 2 saal pehle. Builder
Dekho, amenities ki baat karein toh pool aur gym kafi decent hain, maine site visit pe dekha tha. But haan, maintenance depends on the RWA later. Location wise, Alpha I Greater Noida se connectivity theek hai, but daily market ke liye thoda travel karna padega.
Bhai, Bayaweaver X ka possession date 2022-08-01 tha. Abhi tak mila nahi hai logon ko. Is budget mein thoda risky lag raha hai.
