Okay I'll be honest – I know the super area vs carpet area games, but Sector 138 is confusing me. I'm seeing decent rates near Advant Navis Business Park. The commute seems okay since metro connectivity hai. But waterlogging during monsoon is a concern. Heard mixed reviews about the maintenance charges too. What's the real story?
