₹95 lakh for a 2BHK in Ameerpet, that was the quote. Kids moved out, so I'm looking for something manageable near Begumpet. Society maintenance charges seem quite high, especially for older buildings. Resale pending. Any hidden costs for these compact flats? Worth it, ya fir kuch aur dekhun?
