Bel Colony feels like a mixed bag after my recent visits, honestly. I'm looking at a 2BHK there, around ₹65L, near the Hindon River. My parents keep saying it's well-connected but the traffic near Vaishali during peak hours looks brutal. Is it always like that for daily commutes to Delhi? I'm worried about getting stuck. Also, I heard some older Ghaziabad areas have water supply issues, relying on tankers. Does Bel Colony get decent municipal water, or is borewell the main thing? Not sure if that's a big deal or just normal. What's the day-to-day vibe like? Anyone living there can share their experience?

Bhai, you're not wrong about the traffic near Vaishali! I visited Bel Colony last month for a 2BHK viewing, and the morning rush hour was insane, especially towards Anand Vihar side. Delhi commute toh pakka headache banega daily. Is there any way around it, ya ye sach mein ek deal-breaker hai?
Totally agree! Vaishali cross karna hi mushkil hai. Metro is the only saviour but even then, last mile connectivity is an issue sometimes.
