Bellandur flat ka real kharcha: Negotiation is a myth?
Just moved into my Sri Sai Nandana flat in Bellandur last month, and honestly, the final 'all-in' cost was a shocker. Did anyone else feel like their flat's *true* cost was a total surprise, even after negotiating hard? I thought I got a decent deal for my 2BHK around ₹1.2 Cr, but then stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, interiors... sab add ho gaya. Everyone talks negotiation, but it feels like builders just shift costs. Is there any real way to get an honest 'all-in' price from the start, ya sab illusion hai? Change my mind.
