Bellandur living is not worth the RWA headaches.

Possession was in March, and I'm honestly regretting it now. Just moved into my Bellandur flat and the RWA charges are insane, way higher than the brochure promised. Plus, water tankers are a daily fight, things nobody told me. Is this normal here or did my builder just pull a fast one with misleading info? Anyone else face this?

Bhai, Bellandur mein yeh common problem hai. My friend bought in a project near Marathahalli, same issues with RWA and water. Builder promises the world, but reality hits hard.
