Bengaluru 2026: Max appreciation for a 3BHK upgrade?
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. Currently in a 2BHK in JP Nagar, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe a small villa. Already have a home loan, so this next one is a big move. Bengaluru mein property prices toh sky-high jaa rahe hain. Not sure if this current price rise sustainable hai, ya phir we're heading for some correction by 2026. Experts kaafi mixed signals de rahe hain. I'm eyeing areas like Whitefield, Sarjapur Road, ya even parts of North Bengaluru near the airport for future appreciation. Kya lagta hai aapko, which 3 areas in Bengaluru will give maximum appreciation in the next 2 years, say by 2026? Is it worth paying the current premium for a ready-to-move, ya under-construction mein invest karna better rahega for a 2026 possession? Really need some ground-level insights from people jo market mein hain.

Bhai, exactly my situation! JP Nagar se upgrade, aur woh bhi 3BHK, seems like the next logical step. Whitefield and Sarjapur are definitely on my radar too, but the prices there make me sweat. North Bengaluru near the airport has potential, but commute ka kya hoga?
