Visited a few projects in Whitefield and Sarjapur Road last weekend. Fed up of renting yaar, my landlord just hiked rent again. Finally taking the plunge for a 2BHK. I'm looking at Prestige, Sobha, and Brigade. Heard mixed things about construction quality and hidden charges at possession, especially PLC. On-time delivery ka track record bhi important hai. Which builder would you pick for an end-user, considering overall project quality and no surprise costs near possession?

Totally feel your pain, yaar! My landlord just hiked my rent by 15% out of nowhere. I've been looking at properties in Whitefield too, especially around Adigara Kallahalli. Prestige Lakeside Habitat looked good on paper, but a friend who booked there mentioned insane 'fitting and fixtures' charges at possession time that weren't in the initial agreement. It's like they lure you with a base price and then add all these hidden costs. PLC toh har jagah hai hi, but the other charges are a real headache. On-time delivery is a huge concern for me too, can't afford to pay EMI
