Bengaluru 2BHK hunt: Is 2026 too late?

My current property sale is almost done, and we're looking to downsize to a compact 2BHK in Bengaluru. Kids have moved out, so don't need such a big place anymore. I'm seeing prices still going up, especially in areas like Whitefield and Sarjapur Road. For 2026, do you think this price rise is sustainable, ya will there be a correction? My budget is around 1.5 Cr. Should I wait a bit or buy now? Worried about overpaying. What's your take on the market for the next couple of years?
