My lease ends in 4 months and honestly, I'm fed up of renting. Planning to finally buy my first 2BHK in Bengaluru, budget around ₹85-95 lakhs. Whitefield or Sarjapur Road dekh raha hoon. Metro expansion kaafi ho raha hai, toh lagta hai appreciation milega. But is 2024-25 still a good time to buy, ya market already peak par hai? Traffic ka bhi tension hai, but metro se thoda relief milega kya? What do you guys think? Should I wait ya abhi le lena chahiye?

Bhai, same boat! Whitefield mein prices toh sky-high lag rahe hain. Metro ka hype hai but connectivity abhi bhi issue hai for daily commute, especially if your office is not directly on the metro line. 85-95L mein 2BHK mil toh jaayega, but value for money kitna hai, that's the real question. Builders are pushing hard, saying metro will double prices. I'm also confused, wait karun ya le loon? My lease ends soon, the pressure is real!
