₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Nisarga Layout with SLV Projects, is this the new normal? My wife wants a bigger space for the kids, school near by. They quoted this price, but then added PLC, car parking, registration, interiors... matlab, all-in cost will cross ₹2.1 Cr. Not sure if pre-launch offers are actually cheaper, lagta hai builders just play with super area numbers. Is it worth paying floor rise premium for a 4th floor? What's the real total outgo? Any experience with SLV Projects' actual deliverables?

Bhai, ye toh naya normal nahi, ye toh loot hai! ₹2.1 Cr for 3BHK in Nisarga? My friend got a similar configuration in Aavalahalli last year for 1.6 Cr all-in. Builders are just playing with our emotions and budget.
Totally agree, U1! Pre-launch offers are a sham. They lure you in with a low base price and then add 10 different charges. PLC, car parking, amenity charges, club house, maintenance advance...
