Bengaluru 3BHK search: Where can we find real value?
For the past six months, I've been seriously looking for a 3BHK in Bengaluru. My family's growing, and we need more space, especially with kids' school admissions coming up. My wife's main priority is a safe, family-friendly neighbourhood, maybe around Banashankari or Nagarjeevana. But prices for a decent 3BHK seem crazy expensive. Is there any actual 'price correction' happening anywhere in Bengaluru, or is it just wishful thinking, yaar? Matlab, are there zones where one can still find value without compromising on basics? And for projects by builders like Assetz, what's the scene with brokers? Should I go direct to the builder or use a broker? Can they actually negotiate better deals, or do they just add their cut? Any experiences with this?
