Upgrading to a 3BHK in Bengaluru feels like a financial maze right now. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Whitefield, eyeing properties around Panathur, maybe Avenew Projects. The listed prices for a 3BHK (₹1.5Cr+) seem okay, but what about the *real* all-in cost? How much should I actually budget for stamp duty, registration, PLC, and all those other charges? Does anyone have tips for figuring out the total outgo early on? I'm trying to avoid nasty surprises at possession. Is there a percentage to estimate these extras?

Bhai, for 1.5Cr+, you're easily looking at another 10-12% minimum on top for stamp duty, registration, legal, society charges, etc. Builders always quote base price, which is very misleading. Don't forget fit-out costs
Yaar, you hit the nail on the head! This 'all-in cost' is the biggest mystery. My head is spinning trying to figure out all the hidden charges for a 3BHK. Good luck to us!
