My possession for SLV Icon was in March, and honestly, things nobody tells you before buying are shocking. Everyone glorifies the fancy clubhouse pics, but nobody talks about the actual utility. Mera experience toh yahi hai ki most amenities are just for show, barely used. Is it really driving any premium ya tenant attraction? I doubt it. Plus, construction quality issues — like minor seepage already, ya fittings jo loose ho rahe hain — they directly hit maintenance costs. Yeh sab small things later on resale value ko affect karengi. Maintenance charges toh high hain, but service quality is just average. Matlab, is it really worth paying so much for ghost facilities? Change my mind.
