Been looking for 6 months now. Prestige Group near Lalbagh Road quoted 1.8 Cr for a 3BHK. I work in real estate, but negotiating for myself feels different. What's the *real* negotiation room here? Are there hidden costs beyond stamp duty, PLC, and parking that always pop up?
