Since January I've been shortlisting flats in this city. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is a different game, yaar. Everyone glorifies Casagrand Zaiden's fancy amenities, but nobody talks about the basics. Matlab, water supply ka kya scene hai? Is it reliable 24/7 or will we be tanker-dependent after a year? And those high-speed lifts, do they actually work post-handover, ya broken hi rehte hain? Builders sirf common areas ka backup dikhate hain. Change my mind.

Totally agree with the original post! I've been looking at a few projects in Akshayanagar and it's the same story everywhere. Builders show you these amazing brochures with swimming pools and gyms, but basic things like proper water pressure or a reliable power backup system for common areas are always an afterthought. It's like they think we'll be too distracted by the fancy stuff to notice.
