Builder ka legal track record check karna mushkil hai, even for me. RERA portal pe basic info milti hai. SLV Green Ventures jaise builders ke against past RERA complaints ya litigation Bengaluru mein kaise find karein? Koi hidden hacks ya resources hain to properly verify builder history? Ya sirf lawyer pe depend karein?

Bhai, exactly yahi problem hai! RERA pe toh bas basic details milte hain, usse kuch khaas pata nahi chalta. Main bhi SLV Green Ventures ke ek project mein interest le raha tha, but unka background check karna bohot tough lag raha hai. Lagta hai sabko yahi dilemma hai. This opaqueness is truly frustrating for first-time buyers.
Totally agree! It's like they deliberately hide things. RERA should be more transparent.
