Two years ago I'd have laughed at these prices, but now I'm looking to upgrade my 2BHK. Honestly, I think negotiation is a myth in Bengaluru real estate. Builders like Ambika Developers in Chikkasanne quote ₹1.5 Cr for a 3BHK, but kitna hi kam karoge? 1-2 lakh? That's not real negotiation, yaar. It feels like they just bake in a 'discount' from inflated prices. Plus, all these hidden charges at possession... is the 'all-in' cost ever truly all-in? Change my mind, show me someone who got a real deal!

Totally agree with the original post! I'm looking near Aavalahalli and the prices are just insane. Builders quote a number, and then after all the 'negotiations', it's barely 1-2% off. It feels like they just want to make you feel like you got a deal, but it's already factored into their inflated price. So frustrating for first-time buyers like me.
