Bengaluru builders hide costs well
Okay I'll be honest, even working in real estate, buying my own flat in Bengaluru is a whole different ballgame. I'm looking at a 2BHK on Panathur Road, Royal Indraprastha Builders ka project. They quote ₹1.1 Cr, but I know that's just base price. What's the real all-in cost these days? How much can you actually negotiate on stamp duty, PLC, parking? Are there any new hidden charges, like OC/completion certificate fees, I should look out for? Seems like builders always have a naya surprise.
