Bengaluru builders won't budge much on price
Been paying rent in Bengaluru for like 7 years now and I'm totally fed up. Landlord ne rent phir badha diya, so finally taking the plunge and buying. My budget is around ₹1.2 Cr for a 2BHK. I'm looking at a project by Disha Dwellings Pvt. Ltd. near Chikkathoguru Village. Base price toh theek hai, but I'm trying to figure out kitna realistically negotiate kar sakte hain. I heard builders in Bengaluru don't budge much, especially for new projects. Is it even worth trying to get a big discount ya bas small things like free parking ya PLC waive off karwa sakte hain? Should I go through a broker for better negotiation or directly approach Disha Dwellings? What's your experience with getting a good deal on the final all-in cost? Any tips for someone buying their first flat, especially around Sarjapur Road/Electronic City areas?
