Possession hua last month for my 2BHK in V. Kallahalli from Buildiko Ventures Llp. Honestly, the final bill was a shock. Initial price quote toh theek laga, but yaar, hidden charges ki toh line lag gayi. Stamp duty, registration, parking, fir PLC... sab add karte karte budget cross ho gaya. Things nobody tells you about the *real* all-in cost upfront. Builder just says 'base price' and then so many extras pop up, like electricity connection, society formation, maintenance advance. Mera toh ₹1.2 Cr ka budget ₹1.35 Cr tak chala gaya. Did anyone else face this? What were your biggest unexpected expenses in Bengaluru property buying? Any tips to avoid these for future buyers?

Oh my god, same pinch yaar! I'm still reeling from my booking in Aavalahalli. Builder quoted ₹90L for a 2BHK and the final amount with all these 'mandatory' extras like club membership, fire safety, and a 'corpus fund' went up by almost ₹10L. Ye log base price pe hi customer pakadte hain, baaki sab baad mein phod dete hain.
10L extra? Bhai, ye toh loot hai! My budget is super tight.
